Max~Max is a stylish Italian Restaurant, offering our customers something different and special, with a décor which is modern, light and fully air conditioned. There are 84 seats in our open-plan dining area, some of which are designated ‘non smoking’, with the bar and kitchen on full view to all customers. We cater regularly for large parties and have become very popular for family groups. One of the frequent comments from our customers is that the atmosphere gives them the feeling they are on holiday.

We have a wide mix of customers and try to serve a range of food to suit all tastes, from plain to the exotic, whatever your preference. Whether it is a simple grilled fish or meat, a traditional pasta or pizza or one of the dishes from the special board. All food is prepared on the premises from fresh produce by our experienced team of chef’s and can be varied to meet the taste of the individual.

Bolton’s premier fish merchant H & S Openshaw supply us with a first class range of fresh fish, seafood and poultry. On our special board we carry an extensive range of these products such as, but not limited to: -
King Prawns, Sea bass, Mussels, Swordfish, Tuna, Halibut, Scallops, Squid, Octopus, Duck, Quail, Rabbit, Guinea Fowl.

We also serve quality fresh English meat such as Rack of Lamb, Leg of Lamb, Calf’s Liver, Fillet and Sirloin steak, supplied by Bolton’s leading butchers Bolton Cold Stores.

Not forgetting vegetarians. Our a la carte menu and seasonal specials have a wide range of dishes and all our vegetables and salads are purchased fresh. From this fresh produce, our experienced chef’s create a vast array of seasonal dishes to suit all tastes.
