Nick’s Restaurant was established in 2001, when successful local chef Nicholas Cullen brought his culinary flair to a small corner of Chorley Old Road.

Nick and his team bring a distinctly Metropolitan flavour to the town of Bolton by using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients to create an eclectic selection of weekly ‘Specials’, taking inspiration from traditional favourites.

Since opening, Nick and his wife Diane have worked with the same core team of kitchen and waiting-on staff which we believe contributes to the consistency of a quality and memorable dining experience.

In addition, by working with local suppliers, trades-people, charities and schools we aim to ensure that Nick’s Restaurant is a central part of the community in which we live.
