The final Hotshot event for 2010 takes us to the north of the county to The Royal Hotel at Bolton-le-Sands. The young chef taking part in this month’s event is 21 year old Ben Brooks who takes on the challenge of designing and cooking his own menu in this Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board (LBTB) initiative.
